Custom Orders :

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due upon completion of services. If balance is not paid in full within 7 days of notification of completion , customer will be granted a store credit to be used on in stock units only of equal or lesser value. Credit must be used within 7 days of being issued. No store credits will be given on cancelled orders.

* Custom orders take an average of 4-6 weeks for delivery.
* Custom orders CAN NOT be changed or modified once they are submitted.
STORE POLICIES

Return Policy:

*Due to the nature of our products, there will be no returns or refunds allowed!

However we are only human and may cause a mistake sometimes in your order. Although we do not offer refunds,  we may allow a return only under the following circumstances:  You received the wrong product or product was damaged and :* Lace has not been cut or modified * Lace wigs or extensions has not been styled, washed, combed , cut,  colored or modified in any way! Products must be in its original condition and in its original packaging to be considered for return.  Please understand that our policies are set in place for necessary health precautions. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your lace wigs or extensions if your order is incorrect. We will do a short review of your request to see if indeed you are entitled to an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if any of our policy conditions are not met.

** There are NO refunds or returns on sale, clearance, discounted or closeout merchandise.
** NO refunds on services rendered. This includes ALL hair extension,weaving and hair replacement services.


Shipping Policy:

* In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours of payment.
*Custom items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours once we receive the order and ALL          payments have been received.

We offer flat rate shipping and insurance on all our packages. We offer USPS and Fed Ex:
* Express Shipping
* Priorty Shipping
* International Shipping

Please notify us of shipping choice at checkout.

* ALL shipping addresses MUST match billing address on your credit card. Incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses may cause delay in your shipment.

** Custom and import fees may be additional for international orders.
